University of International Business and Economics (UIBE)

The University of International Business and Economics is one of the best business and economics universities you can find in China and it’s located in Beijing.

The University of International Business and Economics has more than 20,000 students from all across China and 600 International students from more than 30 different countries. The original name of the University of International Business and Economics was Beijing Institute of Foreign Trade (BIFT) and was founded 1951.

In 1983, the Institute of International Economic management and (BIFT) unified and in September 1984 it was official known as Beijing Institute of Foreign Trade. The University of International Business and Economic was one of the first Institutions for advanced studies of China’s foreign trade and economics.

The University of International Business and Economic is member of a governmental program called “Project 211” universities, the program was founded to help the top 100 Chinese universities to be the best academic institutions in the 21st century. The University of International Business and Economics was one of the first Institutions for advanced learning of China’s foreign trade and economics. The University of International Business and Economic is now working together with the China Institute of Finance and now they are number one in China when it comes to business and finance. UIBE is world-famous and their education system and the degree of Master Business Administration in International Trade is being used all over America since 1988.

UIBE consists of the following Schools: International Trade and Economics; Finance, International Business Management; International Studies; Foreign Languages; Law; Sino-German; Continuing Education; Humanities and Public Administration Management; Information Management; International Education; and Department of Insurance and Department of Graduate Studies.

Among the over 30 bachelor, master and doctoral programs that the University of International Business and Economics offers, are International Trade, International Economic Law, English Language and International Business Management.

The Chinese economy is growing around 8% each year and they have an average growth of 15% when it comes to international trade. China is now consumed more than USA when it comes to all the raw material except oil. The meat and steel consumption in China is now two times bigger than the United States of America. If Chinas economics continue to grow with the present 8% each year, the income for each person will be the same as the present level they have in USA around in 2031.
